Reporting to their investors, Apple happily reports that they are making an average of 2.4 million dollars USD (3.3 mil CAD) in revenue per employee. The median yearly total compensation? 225k USD. That means that, even among the very well paid employees, they are receiving less than 10% of the total revenue theyre bringing into the company.

These numbers are no doubt replicable across any company. The simple fact is that profits come at the expense of the labour workers perform. They can never pay us what we produce, or anywhere near because thats where they get their profits. There are millions of dollars in wages flowing upwards into the pockets of the billionaires every day. We do the work, why should we get paid less than 10% of the value we create? The billionaires are robbing us blind and we should take control of that which we produce.
