Capitalism has thrown the world into chaos. Its contradictions have been laid bare through the Epstein files, the corruption of the ruling elite, the militarization and austerity pushed by the warmongers. Life is getting harder for working people everywhere. Already, this is leading to rapid transformations in consciousness. The revolutionary wave that has swept from Asia to Africa, and now into Europe will soon come to Canada and we must prepare ourselves.
The Vancouver School of Communism’s purpose is to provide revolutionaries with the ideas necessary to change the world. Over two days, six sessions will cover the French revolution of May 1968, the lessons from Chile 1973, workers’ control and nationalization, the Russian Revolution of 1917, the role of the individual in history and perspectives for world revolution today.
Every year, the Vancouver School of Communism is the single largest meeting of communists in B.C., and this year is shaping up to be the biggest and best yet! Last year around 90 people attended the school—this year, our goal is to have 200.
